Crown & Oud – Return Policy

At Crown & Oud, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Due to the personal nature of perfume products, our return policy is designed to protect the quality and safety of all items.

Perfumes Return Policy 

Eligible Returns

Perfume products may be returned within 14 days of the delivery or purchase date if:

  • The item was received damaged, defective, or leaking.
  • If the fragrance "Product" received damage, Proof must be provided "Picture" send to daniel.rodriguez@dannysmobilestore.com.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product remains unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used perfume products.
  • Perfumes with broken or removed factory seals.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
  • Clearance, promotional, or final-sale perfume items (unless defective).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your perfume arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  1. Contact our customer support by email: daniel.rodriguez@dannysmobilestore.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  3. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on product availability.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for:

  • Defective or damaged perfume products.
  • Incorrect items shipped by Crown & Oud.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Crown & Oud, will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For approved customer-initiated returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
